Sony Monitor SDM-HS75 , information keeps popping , the buttons on the monitor are not working. How can i lock , or what should i do?

The problem might be the menu button.

1. Try to press and hold down the menu button for 7 -10secs.

Press once the Input button. The menu appears. Press the Input button again and hold it. Now this is reduced to the problem of blocking the Input button (holding it with something). (Not very technical but then again neither is the restart when the computer blocks :D) Cheers
