The fact that only one computer can't connect says that the problem doesn't reside with your router.
Try reinstalling the drivers for you network card.
My friend,
In that computer go to the wireless connection in the control panel.
And try to connect through the Windows utility.
Don't forget to start the wireless zero configuration from services.msc
To get in to services.msc in xp
Click on run and type services.msc
Then search for the wireless zero configuration .
Start the service.
Make sure if there is any other utility is there on the computer then disable that.
