I have a 2 phone set of Uniden DECT 6.0 phones, the one on the main base usually says "Searching" and when I press the call button, it makes three quick beeps and says "Out Of Range". The phone on the secondary base charger thing works just fine, though.

A reset is done by following the below steps:
1. Disconnect the battery from handset(s)
2. Disconnect Phone Cord from wall jack
3. Disconnect Phone cord from base unit
4. Disconnect AC adapter from wall outlet
5. Allow to sit for 30 min
6. Reconnect Phone Cord to base
7. Reconnect Phone cord to wall jack
8. Reconnect AC Adapter to wall outlet
9. Reconnect battery into handset until you click or feel the plug snap into place
10. Re-Register Handset by placing on main base

We have calls drop off and then the phone says out of range when we are standing 4 feet from the base.
I have the same problem the hand set will say out of range right next to the base
I have the base plus three other phones, one which is the submersible one, DWX207. I used the ball point pen and if finally took. The problem is it reads searching all the time. Please help or I will return them to Costco.

my phone says searching and when i try to call someone it make 3 quick beeps and says OUT OF RANGE
I have the dect 3080-3 it they all say searching. Even the one on the base. I tried resetting the phones by unplugging everything, phone line, power, and removing the batteries. It worked ok for half a day, now it's back to searching.
Same for me second phone is alwayts searching and wont register to the base. Help!!
Neither one of my two phones work. Both the main and the secondary phones say Searching and will not give a dial tone. Please help!
