HOW DO I READ MY YAHOO MAIL

You can go to the yahoo site yahoo.com and sign in, or you can setup your mail program to download the messages. You don't mention how you want to access your email. If you have a mail client, the settings are here:
pop settings: POP access settings and instructions for Yahoo Mail
imap settings: IMAP server settings for Yahoo Mail
imap is newer. If you use a modern mail client, like thunderbird, enter username and password, and the client will be auto configured for yahoo
Thunderbird is free and can be downloaded here: Mozilla Firefox

How do i get email without going onto microsoft outlook?

Microsoft Outlook is just the program to retrieve your e-mail from an e-mail server (via POP(3) or IMAP) or send e-mail (via SMTP). As long as the program you use is configured to access your e-mail server you can use any e-mail client you like (e.g. Mozilla Thunderbird, Outlook, GNUMail, etc.) BUt you have to use an e-mail client to access your e-mail.
Here's a link to some e-mail client comparisons (click here).

I receive my emails via Outlook... and have doing

POP and SMTP Access service is active. Once configured, POP Access allows you to download, read, manage, and send your Net@ddress Messaging Center email on your computer, both online and offline, using your favorite email client.

IMAP and SMTP services are active. IMAP is a method of accessing your email messages that are kept on a mail server. Once configured, IMAP allows you to download, read, manage, and send your email Messaging Center email using your favorite email client while online or offline. Using an IMAP-compliant email client such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express or Netscape Messenger, an IMAP user can access his/her email on the server from different locations, using both the IMAP client and the WebMail client. For example, when you read a message and store it in a special folder in your IMAP client while at work, you can access that message and folder while reading your email at home with the WebMail client or with another IMAP client without having to transfer messages or folders between computer stations.

Hpsudelpacks.exe stopped working

I had the same problem. When I finally reached HP about this they said that it could be my firewall. You can turn off the firewall then download.

I opted for the second solution, which worked just fine: uninstall, then reinstall the HP update program.
Click START, then CONTROL PANEL, then PROGRAMS AND FEATURES. Select HP Update program from the list, then click uninstall.

When this is finished, then reinstall from Recovery Manager. Go to this website:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?lc=en&cc=us&docname=c00834921&dlc=en
It is called “HP and Compaq Desktop PCs - Performing a Software Application or Driver Recover in Windows Vista” if you wish to search it.
Follow the instructions at this site.

You can access Recovery Manager on the menu when you click START.
