Playing Xbox Call of Duty Black Ops. On the defector level and screen goes black halfway through. Can see direction arrows and hear whats going on but nothing else. Is there a fix?

Have you tried them on different controllers? The jack on the controller might be messed up.

if you are not online than the scores dont register you have to be online in in a privote match with someone eles

It sounds like your internet provider/router isn't giving you a whole lot of bandwidth to work with. That simply means your internet isn't giving you enough space to actually play call of duty. Your zombie game is probably playing alright because only four people need to connect to each other. That doesn't require a lot of space and memory of internet to do. However multiplayer demands a lot more bandwidth from your router. That might be why you aren't connecting. This could be for a number of reasons.

• Other people in your household are using the internet too, be it laptops, smart phones, printers, other gaming counsels, etc. Simply turn off these devices to receive more bandwidth for your xbox.
  
• Your router is a little too older for video games. If you are using a wireless router for your xbox, try plugging it directly to the wall or router.

The server is timing out. Try hooking the Xbox directly to your modem, this solves most server timeout errors.

You could have a damaged cable for the AV of the TV but also your TV could be broken and for that you would have to ask another one of the experts on this site. Good Luck with your problem and I hope you'll be back Black Ops soon. All the Best.

Sign into a PSN account and launch Call of Duty: Black Ops III. After reaching the Main Menu, connect a second controller. Press X on the second controller to connect the other player online. Once connected, press X again to attach the split screen player.

firstly its refurbished so you have to be careful because it may have had problems in the past, it referring to your hard drive by the way. ad secondly maybe its just your black ops disc? try playing black ops on another xbox console and if it freezes than its not your console its just the game =) then get a replacement and dont worry.

black ops ps3 when i'm playing the defector mission when you have to help woods open the door there a explosion and your knock out for a split second and when you wake up the screen goes black and there is sound and all you see is the pointer what up i got a new game and the same thing also happen to the new game is there a glicth in the game and what do i do to fix it!!!
