you need a service tech to perform this task because it need stuff to be takin apart. if you live in canada i can recomend a dealer

Panasonic dp1515p driver
click start control panel administrative tools computer management device manager scroll to ports(COM&LPT) + to expand you should see a communication port and Ecp printer port

you might see a yellow? ! question exclamation mark or a red X this will mean you need to install a new driver for this device right click

you will have options to update driver disable uninstall or select properties again you will have the similar options also you can troubleshoot the device

How to fix our copier panasonic 8016 which indicates on the display TEL: FOR P / M
"TEL FOR P/M" means to call for preventive maintenance. A technician needs to come and perform preventive maintenance for the copier and reset that setting.

Panasonic does not publish a way for end users to do their own preventive maintenance or reset that counter. There is a hidden service mode to reset the counter, but if you do that without perfroming the required maintenance, you could end up with trouble down the line.

Printer says tel. for P/M
yep! it means your machine reached its counter for maintenance probably it reached 120k.
you may call your service technician to perform maintenance/cleaning.
