I would like to get rid of Babble.com YouTube and Twitter apps from my computer

The usual way to remove programmes installed on your computer is as follows (however you will need to be an authorised user or administrator):

  1. with the computer running click on the Start icon in the LH corner of the bottom menu bar
  2. then click on Control Panel
  3. then click on Programmes and Features
  4. in the list of installed programmes shown select the one you wish to delete
  5. then select uninstall in the menu bar above (you may get a window requesting you to authorise the next step)
  6. then click OK
  7. The computer should then delete this programme from your computer.
When this is completed you can delete the next programme you wish to remove by selecting it then selecting uninstall.

Inbox is on my computer and I want it off. I cannot access my yahoo account. I need to delete it.

Hi and welcome to FixYa!

You have to uninstall the inbox entirely.

It should be just as easy as going in and manually deleting, but many people are finding it quite difficult to get rid of it all. It embeds itself pretty deep.

This is a free trial Please download the free version of Revo from the link below

http://www.revouninstaller.com/

Once downloaded. make sure to run the file, to install Revo.,

Revo is an uninstaller tool, that works much better then the built in windows uninstall tool. Once installed, run the revo program. Open revo, find program you want to delete, double click it, to start uninstall process, select advanced, click select and delete all files as they come up. Your program will be gone!

Hope this helps!

I have cyberdefender registry cleaner on my pc. How do I get it off? It won't let me delete it.

Go to www.filehippo.com download a program called "Revo Uninstaller" run the installer. All of your installed programs show up in the main window, double click on the program you want to delete. It will ask you if you're sure, Choose the advanced button and click next. Revo will initiate the programs uninstaller, if the uninstaller fails, that is ok because Revo will then take over. No matter what, do not reboot the machine until Revo is done. Once the programs uninstaller is finished, Revo will then search for any left over files and registry settings, if will be show up to two additional screens with files. Select all and delete all that is shown, when Revo is finished, you can now reboot the machine and the program will be gone.

How to delete dogpile from my computer permenantly

Go to here....it is a great program...start it, highlight the program you want to uninstall, click uninsall in the toolbar, choose last option on the bottom for file removal. It will trigger the builtin installation program, once it is complete, Revo will search your registry for all files associated with that program. Select all that it finds and delete.....reboot only when Revo is done, not when the other program says to. Here is the link.....

Cant get rid of program

It may have put something into the registry so that it will always download and run on start up. You can try the following to get rid of it. 1) Open the registry editor. (To do this, go to Start -> Run and type: regedit ) 2) Browse to the following location HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run 3) Look at all the keys (items) in this folder. The program you are looking for may be listed here. If you find it, make note of where the file is located and delete the file that is mentioned in the key. Then delete the key. This will keep it form restarting after reboot.
