try to check ur printer driver and the operating system ur using .the prob is due to not correct installation of driver or mismatch of operating system

Hold the Fn key then hit F11. This toggles the numeric nubers to letters and vice versa.

Turn off printer
Hold down green button
Power on printer. (cold reset)
In printer properties choose print directly to printer, then choose print test page.

This is very a very common problem!
Fortunately, it's really easy to fix too;

Go to your 'Printers & Faxes' folder. Right-click on 'Magicard Printer Series'.
Select 'Properties'. Click on the 'Device Settings' tab.
Select the correct printer model in the drop-down list (Tango 2);


I suspect you currently have 'Tango' selected.
