I cannot find a free english download - lots of broken links and circular links, though, since "Euro-Pro" seems to have been bought by SharkClean.com, and their web site http://www.sharkclean.com offers no support (manuals or otherwise) for any sewing machine.
Hi. I'm really glad to hear that you want to learn to sew! You're right to try to find a manual for your machine first, because your sewing machine is the most important piece of equipment you have.
You didn't say what model your Euro-Pro machine is and that's pretty important in order to find the right manual. See if there's a name plate somewhere on the machine with the model and serial number information.
I did find a manual for a Euro-Pro model 1260 at Relics: http://pages.sewing-machine-manuals.com/173/InventoryPage/1424422/1.html. Check it out and see if the drawing looks like your machine and the description sounds like yours.
Sew4less (http://www.sew4less.com/index.php) has a lot more Euro-Pro manuals, but no drawings or pictures.

But this may be your best bet: http://www.euro-pro.com/europro/faqhelp.aspx They have an example of where to find the model number and then you can enter the model number to find the manual.
