Have a Suzuki Marauder GZ125 that starts fine and rides for a while then it will all of a sudden cut out and lose power. Bike will then restart after you turn the fuel tap to Reserve and then back to On, then it will cut out again after a few minutes riding/idling.
Suspect it is running out of petrol as if when it cuts out i lean the bike to get petrol over the fram that runs through the tank it starts and runs fine until (i Guess it is running out of petrol.
The tank is half full.

Now, according to Haynes, the clearances on the valves should be between 0.003" and 0.005". To me, that means 0.004" should be just about bang ...

Oct 19, 2012 - Valve Adjustment; you can check the clearances make sure that they are at the right amount. Always good to check this.
indicates a broken wire or loose harness connect where the wires are at the head of the bike ( fork support)

Won't start 2008 Suzuki Marauder GZ125. The starter switch does not work every time when it doesn't I switch off give it a few seconds try again sometimes it works others it doesn't I try waggling steering sometimes that helps.
hi buddy the picture below will show you the mixture screw unscrew this 1/2 of turns out if still no difference unscrew another 1/2 if getting worse screw in 1/1/2 turns it just play with it budd this is the screw that puts the correct amount of fuel with the air
