My USB 2.0 super-talent 4GB doesnt work,I plug it in my computer and his red light is off and nothing appear in my computer screen.i have some pics storaged.how can I fix this problem?

It may be time to consider getting a card reader that plugs into your USB port.

Once the card is plugged into the reader, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.

Most likely your Logic Board needs to be replaced. There is a quality program for Nvidia video Chip issue that Apple is honoring free of charge. Please take it to Apple Authorized place and see if your computer qualifies for that.

It is probably a driver error on your operating system. I suggest trying a couple different ports- if that doesnt work try a different computer. If that doesnt work most likely your drive file system is damaged and needs to be formatted. Good luck!

try diffrent slot ,
try plug usb leave in and restart computer
when back in windows it should at least say found new hardware

Try plugging it in to a different USB port on your computer. Make sure the connecter on the Cruzer is clean and there's no dust inside.

Also, try plugging it in on a different computer.

If none of these work,
I'm afraid it's a hardware problem and there's nothing that can be done about that.

Okay. Try putting it in on the back of your computer and tell me if it lights up at all, even if it flashes once.

Since you say you have tried on several computers, i am afraid to say your USB is dead, if you have warranty you should take it to the shop you bought it from.

bfore u lug it in go 2 my computer. Then afta u plug it in, wait 10 secs and then refresh it, if a new icon appears datz ur pen drive. If dis still doesnt help go 2 ur local electronics store like pc world and ask tell dem about da problem. I hope this helped. =)

I had the exact same issue and this is how i fixed it.
go to the zen website and download the latest drivers.

1. Turn off your player.
2. Disconnect your player from your computer.
3. Press and hold the Play/Pause button. Continue to hold the button while you perform steps 4 and 5. If you accidentally release the button, start the procedure again.
4. Gently push a straightened paper clip into the Reset hole.
5. Slide the On/Off switch towards the USB port and hold until the display lights up. The Recovery Mode screen appears with four options: Clean Up, Format All, Reload Firmware, and Reboot.
6. Select Reload Firmware, followed by Yes.
7. Connect your player to your computer.
8. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the instructions on the screen.
