There is not a repair service for such a thing - the product will have to be replaced. Normally, I would say call the manufacturer, but MicrobeSoft might charge you for the call.

What the guy is trying to tell you is that the screen is broken, and there is no way to buy a replacement screen. Call Zune and find out if you are still in warranty - because there is a chance that you can get it replaced for free if you are still in warranty.

Look to the repair centers and get a price for a new screen.

Otherwise if you're feeling courageous you can always look on eBay for another Zune to part out for the screen.

Hi,

I had same problem. After lots of research I got my screen from http://www.repairsuniverse.com.

The price of the screen was half the price of the previous post and they included full instructions how to fit which for me we're a god send!
