If the direct TV remote control have set-up code to your Dish TV, you can set it up with that set-up code. Set-up (Programming) procedure is too much to type in here, and is not practical and it will differ brand-to-brand remote controls. If you wish to get more; check the sites linked here. It has set-up code list & set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. One among it has general set-up codes to check with TVs and other devices are given, in the order of the 'device's brand name list' in alphabetical order. Pull up older posts. Search the sites by type in the brand name to your device in its search box at the top right part of the display window. It will help you to find the relative post easily.

Provide more details please Anyway, if you wish to get more details about setup codes and brand names of many leading brand universal remote controls, check these links. Look at the code list for each one, and determine, which one had setup codes for your device. Buy that remote control.

PS issue. The set has been used and abused and has finally had it and died. Get a new one.

Have you tried ebay etc? or the manufacturer of the unit? I find ebay very helpfull and cheap!!! Hope this helps,

There's a small wire inside the speaker that broke on mine. I matched one from another fisher price toy and cut wires and dropped the new one in and good as new..

YOU CAN ALWAYS ORDER ANOTHER ONE FROM WALMART.OTHER THEN THAT,I THINK IT'S PRETTY MUCH NOTHING YOU CAN DO..

Go to pawn shops in your area ask if they have used tv hand units some just throw them in a box and sell them for 5.00 look for one to your set.
