if you have videos in card then move all the videos in folder named 'videos' Make sure that your videos are in the formate of avi.3gp or mp4 in problem is not solved then call me at 9915616912 or 9914420102
restore factory settings password either "0000" or "1122" , the phone will reboot aks for yes or no , do yes , it will then hopefully works fine , do also remove all the songs and old videos from the memory card.

It supports AVI, Mp4 and 3gp but you should convert the files only with the frequency specified in the manual only then it can be played i suppose. I have not yet tried it but that should be the solution.
