One of the 2 prong plug broke and only one prong plug and the power cord would not provide electrical power to the grill. Should I just buy a new power cord? thank you.

look at the outlet that you'll be plugging it into,if it has three openings get a three prong cord if it has four holes in it then you need to buy a four prong cord, you can buy vent line at any store,if there's a home depot near you go there and get everything you need.good luck with your new machine.
They wire in the same except the green wire will go to a ground screw which should be right in the same area with a green color to it. If no ground screw, hook the green together with the white (center) wire. Hope this helps!
The answer is wrong. This model and other Toro blowers with the plug built into the body (as opposed to the new design with plug on cord) has this problem when the plug does not completely mate with the cord. This happened to mine too. Unfortunately Toro does not provide a replacement part. HOwever, perhaps the new designed cord will fit as a replacement, but I am unsure of this. When my plug melts completely I will try that.
