The problem is most likely the keypad. The contacts inside wear over time. I have these in stock, or you can send the keyboard in for overhaul. Please email [email protected].

To set up your NSM Lightning 2000 to play a full CD, you need to follow these steps:
Turn on the jukebox and select the CD mode.
Open the CD compartment and insert the CD you want to play.
Close the compartment and wait for the jukebox to read the CD.
Once the jukebox has read the CD, use the selection buttons to choose the track you want to play.
If the number 4 button on your jukebox is not registering, there may be an issue with the button itself or the wiring connected to it. You can try cleaning the button and the surrounding area to see if that helps. If that doesn't work, you may need to have the jukebox serviced by a professional technician.

There is something called a "play stimulator".
It's actually a program setting. When the jukebox is in a pub it is set to play a random record now and then to remind people there is a jukebox. It's programmed that way and can be turned on or off.
What you have is a setting for flipping the pages for the same reason.
It's not a fault it is actually doing what it has been told. You can time your watch to it.
I have no idea how to change it but rest assured it isn't a fault as such. It's been set up that way. You need a Rowe expert.
