There are no jumpers to move, you need to ask Acer support what the default bios password is. You will have downloaded the bios update from them, so this is the place to ask why they have not supplied it.
As a laptop repair tech I encounter this problem frequently and I use www.unlockbiosrecovery.com to give me the bios master password which clears any bios password set. They charge $20 and guarantee it to work. I use them couple times a month and it has always worked.
You probably are permanently locked out. You can try my tip, but the purpose of the BIOS password is to prevent thefts and therefore it is usually not breakable. Generally you have to send them back to the factory which can be very expensive.

If this answers your question, I'd appreciate 4 thumbs. I do this for fun and do not get paid.
If you have forgot BIOS password then you have to reset CMOS jumper setting. Please follow the below steps: Open the Laptop back panel. Locate the CMOS battrey, remove it & then with the help of a screw driver keep on pressing the terminal inside it and turn ON the computer for 10 secs and Turn Off (make sure you keep on pressing the terminal with a screwdriver while turning ON). It will clear the BIOS setting. Now, fix the CMOS battrey & restart the computer. This will take care of the issue.
1.
On the motherboard there is
a small watch battery. Remove this battery along with the power cable
from the power supply. Hold down the power button to fully discharge the
system. Wait 2-3 minutes then reinstall the battery and plug in
your system. Your reset is now complete
2. Some motherboards have a 3
pin jumper by the battery. Lets say that the jumper is on pins 2 and 3.
Remove the jumper while the machine is OFF and place onto pins 1 and 2.
Power on your machine for a minute. (Note: Your system will not POST).
Shutdown your machine and put the jumper back to pins 2 and 3. Your
reset is now complete
This is a great troubleshooting
step for those of you having POST issues or no POSTing at all. Like
other troubleshooting steps, this will not always work but usually will
depending on the problem. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns. Thanks.
You will probably have to buy the Recovery CD from Acer. You should be able to do so using your serial number as proof of ownership. This will not work if you have a system (BIOS) password, and booting from the optical drive has been prevented.
If you don't know the password to get into the BIOS then you will need to call Acer support but you will have to prove to them that your the owner of the laptop. There is no other way
