Mine too.. I got local place to do a deep clean (sic) of all the filters but its made little difference. Hardly does a room before cutting out and then you have to wait an hour for it to cool down. am veryy disapointed
I have had the same problem as well. I found that the circular filter that sits over the top of the cylinder chamber gets sucked out of place and into the main suction tube which causes it to block and therefore over-heat and cut out. You can remove this filter and since then I haven't had any cut outs but you do run the risk of causing some damage to the suction motor by allowing something large or sharp into it...
