go to. http://gd.panam.acer.com/home/ and click on Notebook. aspire. look for you acer model, and windows 7 and download. chipset drivers, and run it. you will be able to find more drivers there in case you still need them.

1.format and reinstall the Windows 7(or) Vista.
2.install the drivers using motherboard disc

Note: some of the acer laptops doesn't work with windows xp with efficient manner like this.

Acer aspire 4715z does support Microsoft windows 7 but Acer doesn't release any driver till date. so, it's almost impossible to get the driver for windows 7.

but there's a way to work out.

just download the driver for windows vista using the link below

Follow this step
Select Product Family : Notebook
Select Product Line     : Aspire
Select Product Model  : Aspire 4715z

All the driver will be listed below, by default the driver listed is for microsoft windows vista Home premium.

Download all the drivers that you need.

Now, install those driver meant for windows Vista in windows 7, Most of them or all of them will work as 90% of the driver meant for windows vista works fine with windows 7.

Now, make sure you have internet  access through a LAN or wireless network.

Download "Driver genius pro" using the link below

Install the software and let it update.
This software has a huge database of drivers and I'm very sure you will get the latest drivers for the operating system i.e windows 7 in your case from the chipset manufacturer sites directly through this software.

same troble with me, i have installed the driver brodcom 802.11g from cd driver acer aspire 4710 in my OS XP, but can't work properly, in text it missing troble driver 39 

How to solve this problem, please help me
