The printer may still have the old settings from your router in its wireless network adapter. You will need to reset the Lexmark Z1420 wireless network adapter first. To do this, follow the instructions found in the article on this link: http://bit.ly/dDn8C2. Once you'll have a solid orange wifi light again, run the Wireless Setup Utility like how you setup the printer for wireless connection for the first time. Let me know if you still need more assistance. Thanks.
I have the same problem: NO WI-FI LIGHT. I tried repeatedly to reset per Lexmark's instructions and others online. Still NO wi-fi light...not orange, not blinking, nothing. Also how would you get the IP address from Windows if no light? Prin tsettings only prints page#1 (obviously) since the wifi is not enabled. USED to work. Now connectint to both WinXP laptop and trying again on Win7 PC still nothing.PLEASE HELP! This is a great little printer adn want it to work like it used to. Right now it only prints when connected ot PC or laptop with a USB cord. Thanks in advance. :)

What is the status of the Wifi light on the printer? Were there any changes made in the wireless router settings? If there were, you might want to reset the wireless network adapter of the printer and reconfigure it with the new wireless settings of the wireless router.
The status is orange - this follows a problem with my router - always going off-line, so i phoned tiscali and they renamed my router by my surname "rundle" but try as i might i cannot go wireless!
