Dishwasher won't run

No power to dishwaser, won't start. I checked fusebox, not the problem. I want to know if there is a fuse somewhere in the dishwasher, I looked and could not see anything, also manual is no help. model #FDB510LCB0 Asko, Dishwasher Model # D1776. No power and won't run. Circuit Breaker is fine. Is there a cut-off switch or reset in the unit??

Please check the basic wirinig or you can use an extension wire which can power up the dishwasher on a different wall socket.

Amana dishwaser adb1100aww won't start is there a fuse in dishwasher

If you are able to set the wash program on the panel but the start does not produce any action, then the door latch is causing a problem. There is a switch behind the latch that detects if door is shut. If this switch is not closing then dishwasher will not start.
Check items 4, 6 and 9 in this diagram. Make sure the mains power is disconnected as high voltages come to the door panel.

I have a Bosch SHU9955US/14 (Integra) dishwasher. There is currently a 0 with and asterisk showing on the display and the unit will not run.

see this causes and fix it. God bless you
Thermal Fuse If the dishwasher won't start the thermal fuse might have blown. The thermal fuse helps to prevent damage to the dishwasher by turning off power so that it doesn't overheat. Once blown, the thermal fuse will have to be replaced for the dishwasher to work.

Door Switch The door switch, or switches, are sometimes called interlock switches. The door switch prevents the dishwasher from running while the door is open. If the dishwasher won't start, the switch or switches might be defective. To access the door switches, remove the control panel or inside door panel - depending on the model. They can be tested for continuity.

Main Control Board The main control board provides power to nearly every component of the dishwasher. If the dishwasher won't start the main control board might be defective. YOU should first check for more common parts. Many times control boards are replaced unnecessarily because the problem was not diagnosed properly.

Touchpad and Control Panel If the touchpad is defective, the control board might not get the signal for the selections made. If the dishwasher won't start and the display doesn't seem to change properly when the buttons are pressed, the touchpad might need to be replaced. On some models the touchpad and control panel are sold together and will need to be replaced at the same time.

Touchpad If the touchpad is defective, the control board might not get the signal for the selections made. If the dishwasher won't start and the display doesn't seem to change properly when the buttons are pressed, the touchpad might need to be replaced.

Timer The timer allows power to flow to the proper parts at the proper times. If the dishwasher won't start, the timer might be defective. Keep in mind that timers are often misdiagnosed as the cause of a problem. Check other components first before replacing the timer.

Dishwaser won't start

Check the door interlock switch. They normally run the L1 line through the door switch and if the door switch shorted, the dishwasher appears dead. Good Luck, Eric Campion

Unit just quit. won't start up. press start button and won't even light up

please provide the model number of the Samsung dishwasher.
if none of the lights light up, then a fuse might be blown somewhere. If the problem is the start buttion does not start the dishwasher , then the door latch switch could be faulty.

GE Twenty-Eight Hundred Dishwaser says blocked washarm, but isn't Code C5

If you've checked that nothing is in the way (no spoons hanging down, etc) just press and hold start and it will start up again and probably won't reoccur for the rest of the cycle. Our dishwasher started doing this near the end of its life....

you could try checking the door latch/switch. if it is burnt and not engaging, the machine may not start and will appear to have no power. i don't know the color of the machine, the letters after the LC will help with this, however maybe this brea250kdown will be helpful.
