After replacing the power supply board, it is necessary and a must to adjust its Va & Vs voltages. These details will be there on its panel label. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ Pull up older posts. Without adjusting these voltages properly, might make the Plasma Display defective.
i have the same problem. i just replace the power board because of the "green blinking" light. now, light stays green, picture comes on for a few seconds, then blank....
I have a 40 but i was having the same problem. It turned out to be my lamp. I got a brand new lamp from Projector Lamp Services (relampit.com) and my tv works fine now. Im pretty sure that the 40 and the 60 take the same lamp. You might want to give them a call.
