Re:
Reinstall iTunes. That's the easiest way to fix this problem. But don't uninstall it. Just download the latest version from Apple run it and restart your computer.

Once itunes has finished syncing go to your ipod under devies and then click on the music tab and then click on sync music and choose the options you require from entire music library to playlists (my prefered option as you can prior to syncing set up an ipod playlist and add what music you want) or Artist, Genres or Albums. Once you have selected the options you require click on Apply at the bottom right corner. Hope this helps.
Aaah, very simple procedure. First, plug your new iPod into your computer. Second, open up iTunes. Third, your computer should recognize your new iPod and will prompt you to go through a simple iPod set up, then it will ask you if you want to sync your music library to it.
Hope this helps!

Hi, This ipod manage software can transfer the files from ipod to computer, computer to ipod, ipod to iTunes, ipod to iTunes, and iPod to iPod: please click here for more details. Hope this Helped!
iPod offers three ways to transfer music from your computer. You can select one of the following update modes from the iPod Preferences menu in iTunes: 1. Automatically update all songs and playlists. This is the default mode, in which your entire music library, including playlists, is automatically synched to your iPod. If the music library on your computer exceeds the iPod storage capacity, iTunes will offer to choose a selection of songs to sync to iPod. 2. Automatically update selected playlists. With this option, iTunes automatically copies only the playlists you have selected to iPod when you connect it to the computer. This option can be selected by accessing the Music tab of the iPod settings. 3. Manually manage music. You can also choose to transfer music to iPod manually. This allows you to drag and drop individual songs and playlists from iTunes to iPod. You can find this option by accessing the Summmary tab of the iPod settings.
