Hello the homepage is here:

http://support.asus.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&p=1&s=15&m=P4B266-C&os=&hashedid=n/a

Please select your windows and download the manual.
The file needs to be unziped.

My guees is that the powersupply is dead.
You can still buy a new one.

But some old asus mainboard has bad capacitors.
Does yours look like this:

11_16_2012_1_28_02_am.jpg

If they do it does not pay to let them be changed.

The mainboard is 11 years old and i guees the time has ran out for it.

I whish others could hold that long.

Hope this was helpfull

Asus P4B266 rebooting

Rebooting can be caused by memory problems as well as other mainboard issues. Try removing the memory and make sure the contacts on each memory module are clean. If oxides have built up and the contacts have a brownish look you can gently use a pencil eraser to clean them. Use compressed air to blow out the memory sockets on the system board. Then put the memory back in and restart. If you still experience the rebooting, remove the memory again and try replacing a single module at a time to see if you can isolate a bad one.

If this has been the solution you need, please take a moment to give a good rating. If you still have problems, post a follow-up and I'll try to help further. Thanks for asking here!
