A: The 'Deleted Items' folder contains the email messages deleted from your other folders. It is recommended that you empty the 'Deleted Items'folder from time to time, to avoid the build up of old and unnecessary email, which may slow down your email environment.
To empty the 'Deleted Items' folder, simply right-click the folder and select 'Empty 'Deleted Items' Folder'. If the 'Deleted Items' folder is not emptied, please follow these steps:
Right-click the IncrediMail Tray Icon (orange envelope), located in the lower right corner (near the computer clock), and select 'Exit'.
Windows 2000 or XP users: Browse to the following location:
C:\Documents and Settings\Your Profile(Logon Name)\Local Settings\Application Data\IM\Identities\{Long Number}\Message Store
Windows 98 or ME users: Browse to the following location:
C:\Windows\Application Data\IM\Identities\{Long Number}\Message Store
Delete the 'Deleted Items.imm' and the 'Deleted Items.imh' files.
Open IncrediMail. Next time you wish to empty your 'Deleted Items' folder, simply right-click the folder and select 'Empty 'Deleted Items' folder'.
This means that your account details have changed and are incorrect. (i.e. password or username) Incredimail suggest the following course of action.... (But, that said, yu shouldn't need to delate the account, just go into tools, accounts, and then properties - you should be able to change things there... Have you tried your ISP's webmail login, to validate the username/password.
First remove your Email Account configuration, and then Reconfigure it again:
Open IncrediMail, click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Accounts'. In the 'Mail Accounts' dialog, select your email account and click 'Remove'.
After removing the account click on 'Add' and reconfigure your email account.
Please check that your Username and Password match the one given to you by your Email Provider!
Click on the "Start" icon and select "Control Panel"

Allow the program list to fully load; this may take several minutes if you have a lot of programs installed on the computer.

Click on the icon for "IncrediMail" and click on the button "Uninstall."

Confirm in the pop-up window that you wish to remove IncrediMail and all of its components from your computer.

Wait for the uninstall process to complete, a success message will appear on the screen.

Restart the computer.
Removing IncrediMail Components

Scroll down the list until you see a folder for "IncrediMail."

Right click on the "IncrediMail" folder and select "Delete."

Confirm you wish to delete IncrediMail, a window will pop-up showing the transfer of files to your trash bin.
Performing Disk Cleanup

Click on the "Start" icon and choose "All Programs."

Click on "Accessories," "System Tools," and click on the "Disk Cleanup" icon.

Select "Scan Local Drive (C:)" and allow the process to find all removable files.

Place a check mark next to "Downloaded Program Files," "Temporary Internet Files" and "Temporary Files."

Click on "OK" to confirm the deletion of the folders, files
and any leftover traces of IncrediMail. The process will complete and a
window screen will show a successful cleanup message. Restart the
computer.
Cleaning Registry Files

bottom of the screen. Type in "regedit" and double click on the icon
that pops up.

Double click on "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT" and then double-click on the "Applications" folder.

Right click on on "Incredimail" and choose "Delete." Right-click on "Impcontent.exe" and select "Delete."

Close out the registry window. Restart the computer.
