Hi,
I do have a T60 as well!, love it! and the only way to restore as from factory is to install a fresh copy of the OS of choice (if original disk are not available) then, go to IBM.com or lenovo.com and download the drivers that belongs to your pc. I hope that this answered your question!, Good Luck!.

Cant get computer to recognize web cam

The Quickcam Pro 9000 is only compatible with PC, Windows XP SP2 at least.

If your virtual PC runs Windows 7, there is a known issue running it in Windows 7. If this is the case, I suggest to contact the manufacturer.

There is one made for MAC though; QUICKCAM vision PRO. Manufacturer's part number is 960-000254.

Hope this helps! Please don't forget to rate or vote. All the best!

It is possible your webcam is either disabled or the driver is corrupted. Try reloading the webcam software driver, reboot, and then try the free webcam test tool to check if it is working properly.

Hi, whenever I install my Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000, it would always slow down my laptop, sometimes it would be so slow that a "low memory" would pop out. My RAM is 1.00 GB and I have already uninstalled...

The logitech software runs constantly and uses too much processing power. try plugging it in without the softwarer being installed and see if it will let you use it. If it doesn't you need to go to the logitech website and see if you can download just drivers.

make sure the following INF installed in %windir%\inf?

* usb.inf
* wdmaudio.inf

The usb.inf is likely missing. Download it and place it in the windows\inf folder. Then remove all logitech drivers and software and re-install.

Problem with running installation CD

If you explore the disk and find the exe. file you might be able to right click on it and click Properties. Sometimes there is a Compatibility tab that shows a list of Compatibility modes for older operating systems.
There is a chance that the camera won't fully function if you do this though so I would suggest you install Service Pack 2, as SP2 is basically the '2nd half' of xp, and will make installs much easier.

hope this helps
