Good chance the compressor is going bad. It will likely die shortly.

the adjustment dial , they are usually dirty from accumulated dust . at any auto parts store you can purchase a can of electrasol , unplug unit , spray into the middle of the switch, as you turn the switch, rapidly all the way around in both directions , repete this .. 2--3 times . look if possible, at the connections on the back of switch are clean ,and have good contact ... let device dry completely before plugging it back in and turning unit on.. let me know , good luck StevenT...

I bought a new kegerator and the same thing happened right out of the box.
The display was not pluged in.take Take screws off top and check to see if it pluged in.

mark pasieka has an inventory of refridgeration, kegerator and bar related parts (as well as everything else)... he has this bracket in his warehouse right now... at least one... he also has tanks of CO2, oxygen acetalyne anything you may need... [email protected]

You said ,Top half of Danby DKC645BLS refrigerator 10 degrees warmer than bottom half. Bottom half cooling to approx. 34 degrees.

Is it running all the time without cycling off and on as it should be doing?
Sorry to have to tell you this news.
But this would mean a bad thermostat or insufficient freon in the cooling system.

The same issue with the fact that one compartment is warm and the other is cool!

i had the same problem with mine. i fixed it by removing the guts from the faucet and reversing the seal on the closing part. the seal was on backwards, flipped it and no more leak.
