Try using a cleaning disk to remove dirt etc from the laser eye These disks cost about $20 and are invaluable to keep the player in good condition. If you use a lot of hire dvd's they often have a lot of dirt and residue on them from other peoples dirt units. 99% of errors lo0ading or insert disk into player are from a dirty iris.

Disc shows loading then error on all dvd disc

Put a cd in the dvd player if it is marked that it plays cds... if it plays the cd your dvd laser is shot... cheaper to get a new unit. if it doesn't play a cd try cleaning the laser. and last but not the last thing try unplugging it for a short time then plug it back in... if nothing works get the one tool that fixs most everything...... take it to office depot and they can recycle the stuff inside and help keep the earth green...then onto wally world.

I've tried all the tips. Do you know where I can

It's not operating perfectly. It doesn't always load the DVD on the first try. But once it's loaded, it plays through okay. I just kept moving the laser unit back and forth and cleaned the lens as recommended. I got the unit to where it would keep trying to load the disc and finally it recognized the DVD and started playing.

Philips dvp 3020 dvd player will not play, the "no disc" sighn keeps coming on.

Try this. Wait for the "no disc" sign to appear, and only after that load the dvd. The 3020 I have works alright when I use this method.

Doesnt play

Open it up, look for a loading belt (black rubber band about 2 cm diameter) and replace it.
