Try these they worked for me & I have the same phone:

MMS settings:
Menu --> Messages --> Settings --> Multimedia Messages --> MMS Profiles --> Options --> Create --> Profile Name: AT&T MMS, Home URL: http://mmsc.cingular.com, check the box next to "proxy", IP Address: 66.209.11.32, Port: 80, Linger Time (sec): 90, leave DNS box unchecked, Bearer: GPRS then go to Advanced Settings --> APN: wap.cingular, Login ID: [email protected], password: CINGULAR1 (case sensitive). Hit "save" twice, then "options" then "activate." This will activate your MMS so you can send and receive picture messages.

WAP settings:
Menu --> Internet --> Settings --> Browser Profiles --> Options --> Create --> Profile Name: WAP Profile, Home URL: http://device.home, Proxy: check box, IP Address: 66.209.11.32, Port: 8080, Linger time (sec): 90, leave DNS box unchecked, GPRS --> Advanced Settings --> APN: wap.cingular, Login ID: [email protected] (case sensitive), Password: CINGULAR1 (also case sensitive). Hit "save" twice then "options" then "activate." This will allow you internet access.

Hope this helps!!

My samsung b3310 won't send pictures. When I try it says "service unavailable" and when i want to recieve pictures too...please help!!

Hi,

To send and recieve picture you need to activate MMS service.

To activate MMS ,You need to contact your service provider through phone or go directly to their office.
They will send you the settings for your model. You will receive service settings in the special text message called as smart message. Please save the settings to your phone and set it has a default settings. Then you can start using the MMS in your phone.
Thank You

The Samsung GT-B3310 will send and receive calls, but will not receive or send text messages.

Are you the owner of the account, if not, find out with the owner if indeed the texting ability is available and on.

Its easier to send pics via bluetooth or message OR you can save them onto a micro sd card and then just insert that into the new phone.Just go to the pics then click options and send via bluetooth OR click COPY or MOVE and send them to memory card.

My Samsung SGH A767 wont send or receive pictures with text. I have deleted all my text messages and deleted most of my pictures off my phone but when I try to send or receive a picture is said error

To send pics you must have MMS activated on your phone number from the service provider. Call up the helpline of the service provider and ask them to activate MMS. Beware, it is very expensive to use MMS, so, ask them about the charges before it is activated.

You have to go in and enter the network settings for MMS. I am currently having a similar issue. I can send and receive picture messages from anyone except T-Mobile users (I am on T-Mobile.) It is recommended that you contact your provider for these network settings, I have not gotten around to it just yet although you can try 'googling' MMS settings for "your network here."
Good luck

Can't send or receive MMS messages

I work in TSD for ATT , and from multiple cases like this , customer do not know that ATT requires that all PDA phones do require a PDA data package , without this you will not be allowed to send or receive MMS messages.
