On that relay board their should be 2 lights engaged:
1.power 2.relay.
It sound like a loose connections there are 3 connections to the board first that I would look is the power connections to see if their is no broken wires, than the connector that goes to the display that may have exposed wires that may be grounding out on the frame and by jostling the connectors and see if either one stops the light flickering and relay clicking.Their can be also cold soldier connection on the relay board. Hope this helps

This is a communication error. Start by confirming continuity in the wiring harness. The following link will show how to use a multimeter.

No power to the stepmill

Start by confirming power at the wall outlet. There should be at least 110v AC at the wall. Also confirm 12v DC output from the power supply where it plugs into the bottom of the machine. If you have power there, I would suggest pulling the side panel and checking the wires just behind the plastic panel, where the power supply plugs into the bottom of the machine. A very common issue with these machines is a simple loose ground wire on the grounding plate. If all of the previous checks provide the correct voltage, continue following power to the relay board and from there to the console. Your problem lies where the power stops. Restarts after 10 seconds

Check the ground wire on the inside bottom panel. The ground plate is located behind the power supply inlet. Resetting after 10 seconds is the result of a loss of power. It could be either this simple wire is loose or the power supply is not producing the proper voltage. I am attaching a video that will show you how to use the tool required to check for the proper voltage. On this machine, you are looking for 12-14V DC.

Temp and freezer adjust displays are blank with power on. m/n:psc23sgrb ss

Your display panel has lost communication with the main control board . Replaceing the board is the only solution . The main control board , is behind the refrig , behind an 8X10" panel . Pt # WR55X10942 . Easily replaceable due to the 6-7 group plug ins , will only fit to certain recepticals ( with the same amount of pins in the same amount of recepticals ) . Be sure to unplug the refrig when replaceing .

When my wife uses the machine (120 lbs) no problem. when i use (220 lbs.) the machine doesn't hold the desired intensity level and speeds up. what could this be. Thanks Jim

Unplug DC power cable remove side panels then plug cable back in then inspect Poly-V belt for improper tension or wear replace if need be. Check alternator for black powder around casing, brushes maybe worn and need to be replaced.

Lamp indicator flashes red 3 times every 5 secs.

Three blinks - B+ over voltage protection (OVP), unit goes to the standby mode then displays the 3 blink fault. This is also a problem in the power supply circuit, check T603 and R672.

Will not start

Alright, unplug the machine for 5 or 10 minutes, after plugging the machine in make sure power is off and hold the spin button down for 5 seconds, then off for 5 seconds until all lights light up, if there is serious error a F code will appear, press spin again until it clears, now 88 appears in the display, flashes and starts a diagnostic cycle. Your error will pop if serious in the display stopping the test at which write the F code down and power off the machine, Either the toe panel or at the right side behind the toe panel is a tech manual to decipher the F bomb.
