Start by confirming power at the wall outlet. There should be at least 110v AC at the wall. Also confirm 12v DC output from the power supply where it plugs into the bottom of the machine. If you have power there, I would suggest pulling the side panel and checking the wires just behind the plastic panel, where the power supply plugs into the bottom of the machine. A very common issue with these machines is a simple loose ground wire on the grounding plate. If all of the previous checks provide the correct voltage, continue following power to the relay board and from there to the console. Your problem lies where the power stops.
