Display F3 on carrier Ac what problem

Well without a model number, I can tell you this. On some models, F3 indicates fan speed 3, which is high speed. If you push the mode button, these units will switch between f1, f2, f3 and smart fan. No problem.
On others, F3 indicates a fan speed error, either something is keeping the fan from turning, or there is a bad or loose connection somewhere.
On still other models, F3 indicates a freon leak or problem in the refrigerant circuit.
If carrier made their own units, they would probably act the same, but they don't. Model number is important, since the unit could be a daikin, LG or Samsung under the skin...

Wash down

That would depend on what you want to do with it. Although something that big cannot adequately spin out at high speed because it cannot balance itself. So if you select a setting with a highspeed spin it wont make it to the high speed.

How to enable highspeed usb on neclcd1770nx monitor

On most monitors that have usb ports you have to run a usb cable from the computer to the monitor to get the usb ports to work.

If your computer is not equipped with high speed usb ports you can purchase a pci usb adapter card that can make it usb 2.0 which is considered high speed.

Try purchasing one from Tiger Direct at:

Below is a link to one that I use which costs $9.99

Unit cools but has only low speed. is fan bad or control board

It's either the high speed winding on the motor or the button or switch. You need to check to see if you have voltage to the high speed when you push the high speed button. If you have volts it's the motor if not it's the button or switch.

Inside fan switch has 4 speeds only high works,

I have great news!It is not that bad!Look near the blower motor in the blower case housing ther is a blower resistor. It will have a multi-wire plug in.Unplug this ,and remove the two screws that retain the resistor in the box.Pull the resistor out ward,it will be out.The part store will have it or can get it for you. This is your speeds for your blower motor. If the blower is making any kind of racket,or seems to be slow when it is on high selection, replace it also, cause this is the cause if the resistor going out.

Mower not running at set speed, choking

you should have an air/fuel mixture screw on the carb somewhere. Start the engine and turn it one way then the other a small amount at a time. One way it will get worse and one way it will get better. Keep turning till it smooths out

Usb

I'd buy a USB 2.0 hub, connect it to one of the ports, then set the hub on top of the computer. That would make it convenient to connect devices to the hub and give you high speed to run your new devices. Good luck

Vornado heater doesn't work on high setting but only at low setting

Dust on the inside of the unit can cause the overload switch to shut many vornados down. Blowing the dust out of the unit with compressed air or a blower may help.

Another problem that causes vornados to stop working (light on - no heat no fan) is when one of the bearings starts to go bad in the unit. This causes the fan to be slower and less effective and the unit’s inability to move the heat away from the thermal overload switch again causes it to shut down.

Though you could remove the front and rear bearings and try to get replacements if it's even replaceable ... Once the bearing starts to go bad there is little that can be done ... HOWEVER, here is one solution to get more life out of the unit.

First, use a blower to blow all the dust out of the unit.
Then, because it is typically the front bearing that goes bad first, lay the vornado on it’s back (so the unit would be blowing air up toward the ceiling), this will relieve the front bearing somewhat and rely more on the rear bearing which tends to last longer.

The vornados I’ve had are all thermistor units ... that is, they don’t just turn on and off when the set temp is reached but in fact slow themselves down (both heat and fan) to keep some level of air circulation in the room. This is a good thing by the way.
There are usually two toggle switches .... one is a heat switch - usually Low & High .... the other is the thermistor switch (this sometimes is labeled “fan”) - usually Auto & High.

Once the unit is on its back ... Now, change the settings as follows:
Turn the Heat switch to LOW
Turn the Fan switch to HIGH
Turn the dial (with the temperature in degrees on it) to the lowest setting - which is somewhere around 60’ish.

Now turn the unit on and it should stay working.
Three things that could cause it to turn back off ...
You turn the Fan switch back to Auto.
You turn the Heat switch back to High
You turn the temperature selection dial too high ... though, you can cautiously turn the dial up a few degrees at a time ... the unit will start shutting down again when you set the temp too high ... then just dial it back down ... unplug for a couple minutes, then turn back on.
