Question about ZT Group CISNET A7050 PC Desktop

Zt cisnet computer

I just bought a desktop system for my daughter for xmas, need to find a way to contact manufacturer. As the seaal on box was broken & when we got it home found the that the plastic bag with the manual & back up master restart disk & paperwork is missing.  Need to contact them to get these.  Any suggestions & help will be appreciated

    I am angry that it cost $35.00 for a recovery other computers came with one. Why the price gouging.....? I need a recovery disc for this slow running computer but having to pay that kind if money for it is infuriating.

    I have nothing but trouble with my cisnet since I got it from Staples. I feel like the boy who cried wolf too, as I've taken it in on a monthly basis for a year and a half now. They of course found nothing till my warranty expired, then said I needed a recovery disc.$85 later. It seems to work fine for about 2 or 3 weeks and then goes to a blue screen and instructions to put in a restore disc which I don't have. What I don't get is that my other computer is an old Dell that I got 6 years ago for $100 and it never shuts down on me. Why does the new cisnet do it all the time?

    100% junk not even a year and problems left and right. 2 things, (1) anything from staples purchased as either fallen apart or has broken on us. If you dont know the name brand dont buy it (2) anything from jersey is **** anyhows including the people who live there!

I play World of warcraft. i had lag issues and called their tech support (cant find their phone # anymore) and they talked me through disabling one of the cpu's. does anyone know how to turn it back on?

When i bought my Cisnet computer, the first thing it tells you to do is MAKE a Restore Disk. It does not come with one. You have to make one yourself through a program on the computer.

Read the Cisnet AC adapter. It should say input:120-240V, 50-60Hz to work with 240v power anywhere in the world. You just need an outlet adapter for the country you're in.

Go to click support and the driver downloads. Register yourself and download drivers from manufacturer.

I'm looking for a cisnet recovery disc, so that I can install the right drivers. I didn't realize that it didn't come with one, so I didn't burn one, then I tried installing Norton system works and it...

You could chase each Driver by identifing each componet: Motherboard, Video, Audio. Those are the basic ones you have to know the manufacture. if you are lucky the motherboard is name brand and all the driver could be on that web site. The System Manufacture is not as important as the Componets will lead you to the Drivers.

My daughter down loaded something and now when we went to get on the computer it's asking for the disk to install, but we can't find. What should we do?

just run system restore option .in system tools you will get system restore option just selce the retore date when your system was working fine. apply it it will reboot the system and fix the problem.

Looks like you are running Microsoft XP Home SP2.
If you recently bought the computer (just over 30 days ago) you might be getting this message because you need to activate windows.
Look on your start menu under system tools for an "activate windows" icon and follow the prompts.
