My aqualink control panel is frozedn when I hit reset I get a Firmware Rev B09 mesage? What can i do?

I had the same issue, but only after I pressed the reset button on the side of the panel. After a couple of days of troubleshooting, I found a small nick in the wiring from the outdoor unit to the indoor paneI. I turned off the breakers to the pool equipment, rerouted a new cat5 cable, but cat3 will work just as well, wired it up and all was good. A local pool guy wanted to charge me about $2000 to replace both units. I spent less than $5.

Check the inside and outside low voltage wiring connecting the control panel. Take inside panel to the outside panel and hook up. You might have a bad wire.
