When trying to email a file/ photo, such as word, excel, pdf, etc, the email system lets me go through the motions, but there's no send icon on the tool bar.
I've made sure I have an active account, and normal email works fine. I'm running Windows XP, and microsoft office 2003.
Any suggestions, on how to retrieve the send icon, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, ET
I didn't find anything wrong in the outlook/servers set up, so I looked at the control panel/mail icon.
There I added a new email account, and that resolved the problem.

That means your MS Outlook configuration is wrong. Check your settings for incoming mail server address and outgoing mail server address and other settings. IF everythings is correct you can see the send button..
Testimonial: "The problem still exists. The server ifo looks correct, but I'm sure what the other settings you referred to should be.
Thanks for your help. "
go to tools-> accounts and click on properties and check settings under Tabs like general, servers, and Advanced. In general check include this option while recieveing and synchronising mails, and in servers make sure incoming and outgoing servers are correct and in Advanced check port numbers given

Dear User,
Kindly share the following details and try some steps of troubleshooting as I suggest below,
Info :
What is the OS (Operating System, windows, Mac, Linux, etc)
What is the file type you are trying to print (word, excel, pdf, etc)
Is this HP printer assigned as a default printer (you can see it on the print preview box)
Troubleshooting :
1. Try making this printer as a default printer - Right click & make as default in the Printer and faxes option under control panel.
2. Try printing a random word document
3. Try with another machine if you have one at home
on idevice like the iphone and iPad? well it depend on what IOS version you are on. If you are using anything before IOS 7 the way to attach photos is kinda backwards.
you don't actually attach photos but you choose the photos you want to send in an email.
anything below IOS 7 1)Tap on the PHOTO app and Go into you photos. 2)Choose the photos. You can send one or more. If you are in your photos you should have an icon on the top right (its the last icon, a picture of an arrow going out of a square). Once you hit that icon you are able to mark your photos to send . Each photos you choose will have a check mark on it. 3)Once you have all the photos marked hit the "SHARE" icon on the top left of the screen. From there you can email or message those marked photos. Once you tap on the email, your email app will open up with each one of the photos attached to the body.
IOS 7 method If you are looking at an individual photo from your PHOTO app, you can tap on the share icon (the square with an arrow pointing up) at the bottom left to bring your email and text share options Sometimes when you go into your photos app it will bring up in yearly view... in that case 1)Tap on the PHOTO app and Go into you photos. 2)Choose your photos. If your app opens in "YEARS" view tap on the photos to zoom into "COLLECTIONS" view. From there tap on the collection where the photo you want to send is located. That would bring you to "MOMENTS" view. With IOS 7 the photos apps arrange your photos by YEARS>>COLLECTION>>MOMENTS. In MOMENTS view you can tap on the "SELECT" on the top right which will allow you to choose the photos you want to send in an email.
3)After you choose a photo(s) the icon on the bottom left (one with an arrow pointing up from a square - this is called the share icon) is available to tap. If you hit that you'll get all the option as to how to share those photos including facebook and twitter
Here is the solution for you . Just follow the steps below :
Open a new email and address it to whomever you are sending
the photo to.(for eg : Click on the compose mail and enter the email address)
Click "Attach," which is typically located on the tool bar
above the body of the email template. It will also generally have a
paper clip graphic to help you locate that button.
Select the "File" option. Many email programs offer a "File"
or "Photo" option; simply select the "File" option as it's much easier
and has no effect on how the file is sent or received.
Choose the photo you want to send from your computer. You can
access different files in your computer by choosing the "Browse" option
at the bottom of the Menu box. Once you pick the photo, select "Open"
to attach it to your email. This may take a few moments, so be patient.
Review your email. You should see an attachment directly
below the subject line of your email; that is your photo. You can repeat
the process to add more than one photo if you choose to do so.
Write your email and send it as you normally would.
It is because your excel file is get
corrupted. There are several reasons of excel file corruption; virus
attack is main reason of corruption. You can fix this problem with
the use of "open and repair" utility of MS excel or you can use
Excel repair tool http://www.stellarinfo.com/excel-recovery.htm

First off, if the client doesn't have Quickbooks, then sending them the files wouldn't do them a whole lot of good right? So, what I would do, is when your run the report in Quickbooks, look for the excel icon, click that icon, and it will send the data to excel in a really nice format for the client to review. This is probably the best way, because most people have excel, and it's create a rather small file to send to them.
when you go to read your e-mail window, on the left side is your list of contacts, folders, deleted etc, above those is your mail icons in the tool bars. send, new, etc. there is a little paper clip Icon for attaching files or photos. It will ask you where the file or photo is that you want to attach, Usually ln your My Documents or Temp file. whereever you keep them. and to open links, usually your media player, or MsOffice programs will do it for you automatically after you click on the link. Or, you might have to install the software that opens that particular program, maybe a ISO builder. Good Luck.
You can make a link into cell that you want by right mouse click
Heperlink, link to , place in thins document , on the feild type the cell reference (A22 ,E56) ...etc , & link where is the cell that you want link to . & in which sheet it is .
