My Samsung LN-T4665F LCD TV is slow to start.It clicks every 5to10 sec about four on five times before it comes on.

You have bad caps.on the power supply. They are under rated, 10volt insted of 16volt or more. Caps.run about $2-3 each. usualy takes 4-6 of them. Or replace the whole power supply. But you will have the same problem in a couple of years. Best bet is to have the bad caps. replaced with the right voltage rateing,and you will not have to worry about it happening again. Look for bad caps (leaking/bulging top) in the power supply module. Make sure to replace them with good quality caps such as PANASONIC FM/FC series.

42 inch samsung lcd tv tv takes forever to come on clicks off and clicks on for about 20 minutes finally comes on then shuts off
I would check the power supply for bad caps they will have a swollen top replace those and that should fix your problem
