You need to CAREFULLY peel back that sticker and on either side of that metal clip is a way to unclip it. I really would not recommend someone changing any of their batteries unless its a "cheapo" watch! If you touch the wrong area with the tweezers you could end up having to send it in for repair! Best bet here is to take it to a reputable watch repair shop and let them do it!
use a small precision flat screwdriver for electronics and push the two clips down and away from the plastic bump holding it in place. Then you remove the complete peace of metal holding the batterie in place. Replace the batterie with a CR2025. Place the metal holder back in place by simply pushing it back in. Now you have to reset the watch to get the sound back working. To do that you need to short circuit the watch by touching the AC hole with the little spring stiking out on the other site of the flat surface. If you look at the surface of the metal cover holder, you will see that the AC hole is identified with an AC and an arrow. Take anything that is conductive like a small electric wire and put one end in the AC hole making sure you go to the bottom and touch the spring for about 5 seconds. That will reset the watch to factory settings. Then put the external casing back on and before you screw it back, just hold it with your finger, turn the watch so you can see the display and go to settings, key sound sub setting and put it to on. You should now have a bib when you push on an external button. You can put it back to off if you don't like it. The alarm should work now! This worked for me hope it does you!
