The player doesn't require anything works with vista and xp /etc just by plugging it into your computer and then turn it on, it will show up on your my computer as a removeable disk.

Try deleting and re-converting. Make sure compression is correct for the size of screen. You might have to re-format, I noticed myself doing this alot with this toy. Damn Hong Kong ****.
