I bought a 16GB Touch Screen MP3 MP4 RMVB Player Camera 16G 5T from ebay and I am looking for a manual and I can't get it to play a avi video file also won't play my mp3 songs. Not all of them what do I do.

I have the same MP4 player i have bought on Ebay..I've had the same problems. Download ViDrop, that should fix your problems, but make sure u set the video resolution to 320x240. It works i promise u...im watchin Final Fantasy Advent Children on my mp4 right now! Good Luck!!

try going to the manufactuers website , they normally have all kinds of user guides for their devices and probucts that they make , then once you have found it simply download it this will be in pdf format.

The problem is that the player of this MP3 has a corrupted program. If this device could play .avi and .mp4 before, you need to contact the manufacturer and have them reloaded the program.

But if you haven't tried playing .avi and .mp4 file format before, then refer to the user manual to verify it this device supports those video file format.

1. cannot play rmvb on sony, you will have to convert the file with software like imtoo mpeg encoder, and convert it to 3gp format.
2. will need software upgrade, or master reset.
3. the screen could be faulty, or could have some liquid damage

Sir please connect your device to your computer and see if any indication is shown on the display of your mp3 player
if yes then open my computer and a new device will appear under the removable devices...please open it and if there is a folder named mp3 to music then also open it and copy paste all music you want

If not then please make sure in the settings of the device that USB is set to MASS STORAGE MODE
