I downloaded a full memory to my mp3 and it was working fine. after about a week it says no file like they were deleted but when i hook it to the computer it still shows a full memory

Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release,right click and then click on "Delete" Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want. take a pin, hold down reset button, after about 30secs of holding it, try to power it on, if ur lucky nuthing is gone, if ur unlucky, it will be back to factory setting, with 0 downloaded files
The DS-2 has a format option in the menu under submenu. After you choose start you will see a progress bar and it should return to full record time. Use on a MAC seems to cause the reduced record time more often than on a PC.
