Ok, if the holes were plugged up I was wondering where the water would go then unless the holes are allowing warmer air into the freezer and melting frost or something. If that is the case you may be able to find a suitable plug in a hardware store or lowes where they have lots of things like that. Some type of end cap would do and you could use a tube sealant to hold it it.
If the water is coming from another source it could be defrost water if it's an auto defrost model. In that case Your drain tube may be stopped up with ice at the upper end
because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the
evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it.
Once you get the ice out at the top a little pressure with a turkey baster will usually clear it out. Flushing
it out with hot water and clorox may help.
Make sure it drains quick enough to prevent
refreezing. . The drain should be located below the evaporator coils on the
lower back of the freezer.

Hello. Your fridge is a General Electric. To find the model number I will give you all of the places to look:
The problem is that the evaporator drain is clogged. I used a piece of hard house wire 12 gage, (insulated) and ran it through the drain to clear it so when it defrosted it would drain to the bottom of the refrigerator instead of out of those two holes. The two holes are how the refrigerator gets its cold air. The Model is GTS18KC.

I've checked everywhere in the fridge, and the model number it calls out is: 197D3168P003 (which apparently is a very old number that has been replaced)
When I say "plug" - I'm not talking about an electrical plug, but a gasket of some sort. Any help??
I found the model number, it states: 197D3168P003
I'm not looking for a model number, I'm searching for whatever should fill the 1.75" square holes - please help!
LOL, I don't know how to better explain my problem. The model number is known - however, performing an internet search on that model number does not yield any results. But FORGET about that - my REAL problem is the 1.75" square holes that are causing the freezer to drip water into the fridge. I want to put whatever is missing back into these holes - please help me identify that component!?
I will try that.
