Phone just froze cant press any of the keys or anything. tried to turn off and turn back on but still nothing

First, make sure if this problem appear after you install any APP, if so you can try to brush system to fix it.
Else maybe the following cases:

1, mobile phone motherboard leakage lead the current too large.
2, The inside circuit protection of the lithium battery is too sensitive, so it power off when circuit is large.
3, the battery itself is aging.
4, Battery contacts are dirt-bit, causing bad power supply.
5, The engagement between the battery and the phone is easy to loose bits. (try to remove the back case and press the battery then try to turn on it to see if it also turn off and on). If so, just make a piece of paper to stand the battery up
Of course, don't forget to see if the power button is back to its own place

trying getting it fixed in at the place you got your phone.

You can try doing a factory reset, but you will everything.


Press and hold the two soft keys while you press the reset button.

Press R to reset, Q to cancel.

You could press the reset button. If this doesnt work then maybe return it to where you bought it from and ask if they know what to do. If they dont then ask for a refund. It shouldnt do this. I would take it back for a full refund!

needs repair software fault

First make sure your phone is fully charged. Then check...
It may be the storage card - if you take the storage card out it will boot up and you can put it back in. - pain in the a## but it may work. Or Try taking the SIM card out, boot it up, turn it off, replace the card, and turn it on again.
Last resort is a hard reboot. If you did a hard reboot and nothing happened then you did not do it successfully. To do a hard reboot.

- with the phone powered off
- press the two soft keys, yes the left and right soft keys which are the two dash keys labeled - -
- while keeping it pressed, press the power button down
- keep the power button pressed down for 1 - 2 seconds and then release the power button while still holding down the two soft keys. Keep holding down the soft keys until a black screen appears and prompts appear
- now release the soft keys and follow prompts
- if you dont see the black screen with the reset option, pull the battery out, reinsert it and repeat the above steps
- when you see the black screen with the reset option, press the Send button to confirm the reset.

On the back of your phone right under the camera there is a small tab. Press it upwards and the battery should pop off.
