I have a olympus master digital 1.42camera,which is not recognised by the computor, when I push PC, it says one moment please, but the camera never connects to the computor

This camera does not need software to upload files, it is automatic. From what I have seen online, MANY people are having this same problem, including myself. One person found that if you select "CUSTOM PRINT" on the camera menu when you first connect it to the computer and then select your own drive, that it bypasses this issue.
