This camera with the ISO set to 100 ASA, the electronic zoom turned off, and with the mode on Automatic "A", should take very good pictures.
I would give the camera to the manufacture for service, and include some samples of what the results are. It would be recomended to do this while the camera is under warranty.

How do I get the write protect off my card
If you're using an Olympus TG-820, look at your memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.
I did not use my camera for 3 months when i get it

am sorry to hear regarding the trouble. This is a common problem on
these models. It is either a faulty CCD sensor or LCD panel. If this is a
problem while taking new images,however old images are still perfect -
this indicates a problem with CCD sensor unless this is an indication of
faulty LCD panel. Unfortunately, in both situations, repair is never
advisable as the cost of repair would be high as compared to cost of the
camera. It would be wise to invest in new camera. Be advised that if it
is faulty CCD sensor, there were few recalls in the past for old
models.So, it would be worth giving a call to their customer service and
ask whether there is any recall or not. If not, they might offer a
replacement in lieu of this camera at a highly discounted price.

I have broken my battery
The advice is ascertaining whether the camera is still in warrantee phase by contacting the manufacterer. An entire replacement plan is arrangeable that way rather than attempting repairs alternately. The manufacturer is able to provide technical expertise most of the time since they may be the only onces with tools to the device or even spare parts acquireable nowhere else on the market. Also, attempting to repair may cause extensive damages later beyond warrantee agreements or even technical expertise. Simply contact manufacturer, else a technical expert, else discard and purchase a new once if so much inconvenience if asumed of the whole process.
I downloaded pictures from my camera but since
If it is clear in your camera LCD but looks out of focus once you download it to a computer, check if you have enabled close up shots, the one which looks like a flower near the menu button, you have to disable it. Pleare refer to the manual or closely watch the panel buttons. Once you disable close up shots then the pictures you take after that will be good.
If this is not the case we have to check on the autofocus options.

Here's the easiest and most fool-proof way. Get a card reader. Insert your card into the card reader and the other end into a USB port on your computer. One of the following will happen: windows will open a dialog box and offer to open the files for you, an icon will appear on your desktop that you can double-click on to open the card or a removable drive will appear in "my computer" that you can double-click on. Once the card is open to the files, select them all by clicking ctrl a and then you can drag and drop them into a folder you create on your desktop or into "my pictures".Here's a card reader that's only $13 at Walmart.
