AKAI model# PT4250A. This TV is dead, no click on,no click off. I checked every electrolytic cap,every resistor, coils and fuses. They Seem to check out fine. This is power board with the flyback. What may I have missed?

The powerline Regulator was bad. Replaced this and a five watt 1K resistor and the tv came back to life!

Replaced the the line filter board fuse, each time the tv is plugged in, the fuse is blown. The short in this tv is to the point you cannot plug it in as it is already shorting. The line filter board is good. I have measured every coil, cap, pico fuse, H.O.T., audio amp IC, and Vertical IC. Each resistor seems to be fine! Where may the fault be?
This is all on the main board! Also removed the convegence ICs and still have a short!
A powerline regulator was bad and the 5 watt 1K block resistor was shorting. So I cured the short...there is no short and fuse is fine now . But I cannot get this thing to come on!
What is the value of resistor RY801S ? Located on convergence board with fly back.
