My wifes maxx v6 is 5 months old and when some one calls or she tries to make a call voices cannot be heard either way. Some other people who live in the same area as me also have the same problem and I'm beginning to wonder if the v6 phone is dud or is there a simpe solution to the problem.

I have a Motorola C602 with 2 handsets. They both ring when an external call comes in however when I answer using one handset I hear the caller fine but if the user on the other Motorola handset wants to...

When this is required between 2 Internal Users and 1 External User, follow the Instructions for a 3 way Conference Call.
See Section 3.5.4 on Page 16 of the User Manual.
Good Luck!

When the phone rings and the person answering the call can hear the caller the problem is: the caller cannot hear the voice of the person that answered the phone.

you can try to use a headset and see if it will work
normally if the caller cannot hear the receiver theres some problem with the mouthpiece. if the headset and loudspeaker works then you have to go to the store and have it fixed.
hope this help

Problem with Nokia 6300 - Can't hear anything

You need to changed,Your mouth piece, and you earpiece.

As for your ringer, it can be changed, but sometimes the problems always from the panel of the phone, and when it's from there, and ones is from there,it's damaged.

For your mouth piece and your earpiece it will workafter changing it.

I can make and receive calls, but I cannot hear anything.

Check Windows Sound mixer for application volume. Down in system tray at right side of taskbar double click sound icon for XP or click sound icon once and click Mixer for Vista. Look through volume settings for your phone application. Make sure it is not muted and volume is up.

Dropped phone to many times and........

I am also using motorolla v3 razer, when I dial a number, I can't hear any sound or ring, but they can receive my call. If someone call me, the phone ring, but when I answered it, I can't hear the caller. I have check the volume setting and call setting. What I did was reseat the phone components. Turn it off, and then remove and return the battery, memory card, and the sim card. It fixed the issue. I hope this can fix the issue you have.
