Wifi comes from a router that you buy when you have a modem from your internet provider. Go to a coffee shop they have free wifi most of the time.

The "G" is for the internet so unless she is accessing the internet then no it has nothing to do with her charges. I suggest going to the phone company that her service is through and asking them what is going on.

Who is your network provider?

Delete all the other internet settings in your phone,or at least the ones which you do not use. You can delete the settings from setting>connectivity>internet. After deleting old settings, apply new settings. Now the setting will be applied. Hope this helps you!

This is normal and you dont need to panic.
Your phone may get heated when you simultaneously use the internet and charge your phone parallely.

so charge your mobile fully and use the internet without putting your phone in charge when connected to internet as this may reduce some level of heat. but generation of heat varies among different mobile models and this normal

most carriers dont support unlocked phones but u will need to contact your service provider for the internet settings on your phone

all you need to do is put a original simcard that came whit t phone so if it was locked to o2 and you unlocked the phone then all you have to do is put a o2 sim in it an walla the internet works without a problemhe

go online to your carriers web site (att,sprint tmo etc) how to connect via internet (configuration) put your cell phone number in they can send the configuration automatic or you can entered it manually
