The pin is not the same for every phone.

1) You'll need to buy the unlock code (I recommend you to buy it in ebay).

2) They'll request some information about your phone.

3) They'll send your the unlock code for your phone after your provide them with the information they'll request.

Unplug power source from LineLink / wall outlet. Then remove simcard, wipe SIM card with a cloth/tissue and insert the SIM card (metal part facing up) into the slot (make sure the SIM card is spring loaded and clicks into place when inserted). helloV, my name's jerry just two days ago we suffered a tragic loss me and my son.birthday is on the 12th and i wanted to hand down her revvl plus smart phone to him. But its saying i need to verify the original google accounts and i cant think of how i could do that. So if there is anyway this phone can be brand new again i would be grateful.

This means you may need a new sim card, or there is something wrong with the slot you put the sim card into. Take the phone in to T-mobile and have them check it for you. You may just need a new sim card. Worst case, your phone is failing/failed.

go to settings > display and then uncheck the backlight and keyboard light option off...weirdly it works for me

It sounds like the prong in the middle of the AC input is loose and therefore not making a good connection with the charger. What do you mean when you say "it won't come all the way back on?"

Get help from local cell phone store. They are mostly able to do that with an unlock dongle like Octopus.
