first try to eliminate the finisher. turn off main power switch and unplug from the power outlet. Now unplug the finisher cable from the rear of the copier, then slide the finisher out of the way. Check to see if you still are having jamming issues. if not then yes the issue is with the exit of the paper or the finisher. Many possibilities try to narrow it down. Good Luck
You could try the technique Peter, Samir, and Michael did in office space the movie. I find this technique to be quite effective for most problems with electronics in general.
the driver that your using is designed for xp and is not 100% correct for vista. the panasonic sites that i looked at didnt have a vista driver for your printer. You could email panasonic and ask if they are going to produce a driver for vista and see what they say.
