Dear sir, I am not able to see the image. The repair is difficult in Mumbai. They say PCB problem. However, not sure. The LCD is working fine. However, I cannot see images. Only blank LCD with some lines. Please help. Regards

There looks like theres something wrong with your drive.
The flashing one red light means that there is a hardware fault. I would of done the same testing procedure as you did, unhook parts to see if you can find the culprit. The dvd drive will need replacing as be the case something on the dvd drive's board may have shorted.
